All orders are shipped via Royal Mail, goods will be insured, and shipping times depend on the type of delivery requested: Standard, Express or International delivery. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Goods will be insured during the time it is in transit up until it is delivered to you.
We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Pockets.
Our Standard Delivery takes up to 7 working days. UK Standard delivery via Royal Mail will deliver Monday to Saturday between the hours on 9:00am and 5pm. Please note UK Saturday delivery orders must be place by 12:00pm on Wednesday in order to arrive Saturday between the hours of 9am and 5.00pm.
Please note that any orders placed over the bank holiday period will not be dispatched until Tuesday. The times indicated consider only working days (Monday-Friday) and delays may be incurred during public holidays.

RETURNS

However in the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order we will be happy to offer you a refund or exchange.In order to do so the item(s) must be new, unworn condition with all packaging and garment tags still attached.
We cannot accept any used items and any such items will be returned to the purchaser. To return unsuitable item(s) you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item(s).The information we require is ‘name’,’ order ID’. Items must be returned via post office, Charges incurred by you when returning item(s) are non refundable on unwanted goods.

Unsuitable items will only be refunded or exchanged when returned within 14 days of receipt.
