All orders are shipped via DHL and Royal Mail , goods will be insured, and shipping times depend on the type of delivery requested: Standard, Express or International delivery. Goods will be insured during the time it is in transit up until it is delivered to you.
We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Pockets.
Our Standard Delivery takes up to 4 working days. UK Standard delivery with DHL will deliver Monday to Friday between the hours on 9:00am and 5pm. Please note UK Saturday delivery orders must be placed by 12:00pm on Frday in order to arrive Saturday between the hours of 9am and 1.00pm.
Please note that any orders placed over the bank holiday period will not be dispatched until Tuesday. The times indicated consider only working days (Monday-Friday) and delays may be incurred during public holidays.

RETURNS
Pockets.co.uk is confident that you will be happy with your purchase(s). However in the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order we will be happy to offer you a refund or exchange.In order to do so the item(s) must be new, unworn condition with all packaging and garment tags still attached.
We cannot accept any used items and any such items will be returned to the purchaser. To return unsuitable item(s) you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item(s).The information we require is ‘name’,’ order ID’. Items must be returned via post office, Charges incurred by you when returning item(s) are non refundable on unwanted goods.

Unsuitable items will only be refunded or exchanged when returned within 14 days of receipt. Returns received after 14 days of receipt will only be accepted at the discretion of Pockets.co.uk All correctly returned items will only be credited to the account from which the original purchase was made. We are unable to refund any shipping charges incurred. We advise all customers check items thoroughly on receipt of goods, prior to removing and disposing of labels and original packaging. CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your order for a full refund up to the point of dispatch, after which the item is no longer our responsibility and you should follow the return or exchange procedure instead.
