Welcome to the pockets.co.uk (“we”,”our”,”us”,”the website”, “our website”).it is a

Condition of using our site that you must accept our terms and conditions (“the terms”).if you are unable to accept them you should refrain from using the site.

pockets co.uk is an online service of Clifford Platt tailors and outfitters Ltd trading as pockets.co.uk providing online sales for the personal use of clothing, footwear and accessories.

All images which appear have been taken with great care. However the colour clarity may vary between the natural eye and your computer monitor. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colour.

In order to purchase goods online, you must hold a valid debit or credit card. You should also confirm that the information you supply on our website is both accurate and complete and relates specifically to you, the customer. If any of your personal details change, you should advise us of the changes by email info@pockets.co.uk

You must agree not to use or copy anyone else’s identity or name which you are not authorised to use. By using our site, you will agree to be bound by these terms.

Placing  an Ordering

Goods are easy to order, just by adding them to the basket as you go along, as soon as you wish to complete the order just follow the online instructions
All card transactions are secured by the Protx payment system.

We accept all major credit cards, including American Express. We also accept Electron, Solo, Switch and Visa Delta debit cards.

For an order we require the credit / debit card number, expiry date, the start date and the last three digits of the security number on the reverse of the card. For Switch cards we will also need the issue number.

Returns

We will offer a refund or exchange (if stock available) on any unworn/unused goods (faulty or otherwise) within 28 days of dispatch. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging with their labels intact.

We will re-imburse the postage paid when returning faulty items only. (Please note, this does not affect your statutory rights). If you require an exchange on a faulty item and we have stock available, you will not be charged again for delivery.

Please note that you must contact us before returning any items on 01743 353993 or email matt@pockets.co.uk and return goods to Pockets, 7A The Square, Shrewsbury, SY1 1LA.

We will refund the original credit card charged only. (Please note that refunds may not show up on your bank statement immediately).
