Key UK Delivery Information
Pockets offers standard UK delivery at £5.99 (3 to 5 working days / during special sale events (e.g. flash sales) please allow 5 to 7 working days due to the high volume of orders).
Pockets primarily uses DPD & Interlink Express for delivery.
You will not receive an email confirming the delivery of your order until we have processed the order to be sent out, we will endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible. Processing times may take slightly longer when running sales and special promotions, due to the high volume of orders.
Key International Delivery Information
Pockets primarily uses DPD & Interlink Express for delivery and you will be contacted with text/email confirmations for the progress and tracking of your parcel.
EU delivery are charged at £15.99 (3 to 12 days / during special sale events (e.g. flash sales) please allow 5 to 15 working days due to the high volume of orders).
International delivery are charged at £29.99 (3 to 12 days / during special sale events (e.g. flash sales) please allow 5 to 15 working days due to the high volume of orders).
We offer tax free delivery for non-EU customers.
Any customs or import duties are the responsibility of the customer. The customer takes full responsibility for any postal charges, return shipping costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Unfortunately Pockets can not undervalue orders when arranging delivery.
Delivery in Detail
All products displayed on the pockets website are displayed in pounds sterling inclusive of VAT at the current rate. Please be aware that whilst prices may be viewed on the website in Euros and Dollars this is an estimate based on recent exchange rates, we will update the currency conversion regularly however the displayed price may not reflect the true price at the time of purchase. The true price of the order will be based on the UK price in pounds sterling at the time of perchance. If the purchase is made by a customer living outside the EU, the goods will be sold excluding UK VAT. Local import taxes may be applied to deliveries outside the UK, which will be your responsibility. The customs office may hold your goods if the local import taxes are not paid.

United Arab Emirates
All orders will primarily be shipped via DPD & Interlink Express and on occasion the Royal Mail. Shipping times will depend on the type of delivery requested: Standard, Express or International delivery. Goods will be insured during the time it is in transit up until it is delivered to you.
We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified somebody else to accept the delivery, then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or somebody at the specified delivery address) is evidence that the delivery has been fulfilled by Pockets.
Our Standard Delivery takes up to 5 working days (during special sale events (e.g. flash sales) please allow 5 to 7 working days due to the high volume of orders). UK Standard delivery with DPD & Interlink Express will deliver from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:00am and 5pm. Please note that any orders placed over a public holiday or weekend will not be dispatched until the next working day. The delivery times indicated are based on working days (Monday to Friday) and delays may be incurred during public holidays.

Please be aware that in the interests of credit card fraud detection and prevention, it is Pockets policy to undertake several checks to ensure the validity of any transaction before goods are dispatched to a customer.
If you have chosen our new HubBox Click & Collect option you will also receive a notification when your order arrives at the designated collection point, please take your order number / email as proof of collection.
Returns & Exchange
As Pockets only stocks the highest quality authentic brands, and we check items before dispatch, we are confident that you will be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the goods we will be happy to offer you a refund or exchange, providing the following conditions are met:
Items must be returned within 30 days
Items must be unworn
Items must be in a resalable condition (as new)
Items must be complete with all tags and packaging in a reusable condition.
We cannot accept any used items that do not meet these conditions and any such items will be returned to the purchaser.
If You wish to return an unsuitable item, please be aware that the customer is responsible for the postage costs. Items should be returned to the following address:

If your order was delivered via HubBox please post your item back to the above address rather than returning the item to the collection point.
Unsuitable items will only be refunded or exchanged when returned within 30 days of receipt. Returns received after 30 days of receipt will only be accepted at the discretion of Pockets. All correctly returned items will only be credited to the account from which the original purchase was made. We are unable to refund any shipping charges incurred. We advise all customers check items thoroughly on receipt of goods, prior to removing and disposing of labels and original packaging. If you have any queries or would like to discuss the returns procedure with a member of our team please do not hesitate to contact us.
You may cancel your order for a full refund up to the point of dispatch, after which the item is no longer our responsibility and you should follow the return or exchange procedure instead.
