Orders with monogrammed Scarves will need to be ordered before the 14th December.
Orders with monogrammed Belts and Wallets will need to be ordered before the 18th December.

In addition to our standard 14 day returns policy, we offer an extended holiday season returns policy to make gift purchasing even easier.
If you place an online order from 19th November, you have until 7th January for it to be exchanged or returned for a refund.
UK Delivery Information
Next Day DHL Express Delivery (please order before 2pm to receive your order the next working day) - £9
Express orders placed before 2pm will be delivered on the next working day (not available weekends, bank holidays and during special sale events). Please note: Express orders placed at the weekend will be processed on Monday and will arrive on Tuesday.

We can offer tax-free delivery for non-EU customers, but you will be responsible for any customs or import duties.

Pockets cannot undervalue orders when arranging delivery. You will be liable for any customs and duties charges incurred.
South Korea - we will attach a signed FTA invoice to your order.
Returns & Exchange
As Pockets only stocks the highest quality authentic brands, and we check items before dispatch, we are confident that you will be happy with your purchase
Items must be returned within 14 days of you receiving your order. Items must be unworn and unaltered, in the condition they were dispatched and complete with all original packaging and tags. We cannot accept any returned items that do not meet these criteria.
Please note that monogrammed ('add your initials') items cannot be returned.
All correctly returned items will be credited to the account from which the original purchase was made. We are unable to refund any shipping charges incurred. We advise all customers to check items thoroughly on receipt of goods, prior to removing and disposing of labels and original packaging.
UK & EU Returns With DHL eReturn
The easiest way for customers in the UK and EU to return an item is by arranging a collection with our courier DHL, using the returns label included with your order.
Using the DHL eReturns service is FREE for UK customers whose orders totalled over £150. UK customers whose orders totalled under £150 will be charged £5 for using the DHL eReturns service, which will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, please feel free to return items using a courier of your choice (at your cost) using the address found at the bottom of this page.
Using the DHL eReturns service is FREE for EU customers returning full-price items. EU customers returning sale items will be charged €8 for using the DHL eReturns service, which will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, please feel free to return items using a courier of your choice (at your cost) using the address found at the bottom of this page.
(1) Complete the returns form. We need to know your order number, which will start '1000'. Completing the returns form will make processing your returns form will make processing your return much faster.
(2) Pack your return item(s). Use the DHL flyer bag included with your order or any suitable box.
(3) Label the package. Attach one label securely to the package, ensuring it is clear and easy to read.
(4) Book your collection online by visiting goo.gl/HACFwQ
You will then be prompted to enter your waybill number, which is located on your returns label below the first barcode.
(5) Complete the pick up. Hand the package and the second label to the DHL driver.
International Returns & Returning Without Using DHL eReturn
International customers (outside the EU) and UK/EU customers who do not wish to use the DHL eReturn service can still return items, though you will be liable for any postage costs incurred. We kindly ask international customers to clearly mark their items as a 'return' to avoid customs/duty charges.

You may cancel your order for a full refund up to the point of dispatch, after which the item is no longer our responsibility and you should follow the returns and exchange procedure instead.
