A - THE ORIGINAL was the first product developed when Johan Bülow had the original idea to coat licorice with chocolate. People were at first skeptical about the idea, but the popular product A soon saw the light of day. The combination of sweet licorice, exclusive milk chocolate and fine licorice powder is according to many instantly addictive.

63% milk chocolate (EU)(sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifiers (soy lecithin, lecithin), natural vanilla flavour), rice flour, sugar, invert sugar syrup, treacle, glucose syrup, 3% raw liquorice (non-EU), rapeseed oil, salt, glazing agent: shellac, anise oil.  Minimum 34 % cocoa solids. Minimum 18% milk solids. Gluten free.

Returns & Exchange

The easiest way for customers in the UK to return an item is by bringing their product back directly to one of our stores, where our staff will deal with your issue directly

To start an online return, login to your account (Shopify will send a one-time pin to your registered email address), find your order and click ‘Request return’ and enter the reason from the drop down list.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We aim to have returns processed within 3-5 working days (please note this does not include weekends) from when the item has been returned to us.

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of £10 in certain circumstances.
